By accessing the "Microapp Playground" and using the provided AI tools, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Service (Living Dashboard) The Microapp Playground is a dynamic, evolving environment. We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or remove any app, feature, or tool at any time without prior notice. The tools available today may not be available tomorrow as we refine the platform based on user feedback and technology shifts.

2. Subscription & Access Rights

  • No Lifetime Guarantee: Your membership grants you access to the Playground only for the duration of your active, paid subscription. We do not offer "lifetime" access. If your subscription is cancelled or expires, access to all apps and previous data is immediately revoked.

  • Service Continuity: We strive for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (e.g., Google Cloud, OpenAI, Squarespace).

3. Fair Use & Throttling (AI Usage) These tools rely on third-party AI models which incur usage costs. To keep prices affordable for all members:

  • Fair Use Policy: We monitor API usage. If your account generates an excessive volume of requests (determined at our sole discretion) that impacts system performance or costs, we reserve the right to throttle your processing speed or temporarily pause your access.

  • No Automated Scraping: You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access our apps.

4. User Conduct & Termination We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you:

  • Share your login credentials with non-members.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the applications.

  • Use the tools for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content.

  • Violate the Fair Use Policy mentioned above.

5. Disclaimer of Liability (AI Limitations) The tools provided are for informational purposes only.
